Freestyle Techniques of Kenpo

The freestyle techniques taught in Kenpo are essentially a series of progressive patterns of attack. They do teach you to go further and create your own freestyle techniques. They often teach some body and foot maneuvers used to guage the distance between you and your opponent. Instead of referring to these as techniques with names such as Delayed Sword, or Dance of Darkness, these are taught with a series of letters and numbers that refer to specific moves to create freestyle techniques. Please refer to the key for each belt level.

Note: These are not always taught at this belt level alone because they are repeated at the Orange Belt level and you get some extra weapons to use. But they were listed in Kenpo texts such as Infinite Insights so I decided to include them as I am sure some people do teach them.
